Clubs Letters

Club letters were sent out on Monday that didn’t include the Singing, Spanish & Gardening clubs. Please disregard this letter. A new club letter has been raised, sent home on the 29th March and a copy of this is attached. Please note the dates that the club runs and also the end time as some clubs finish at 4pm and not 4:15pm.

To secure a place on a club, payment is required via School Gateway.

Please could parents, whose children are attending Little Angels OR allowed to walk home (Jaguar Class), email admin@myddle.shropshire.sch.uk to let school know.

If you have any questions please give school a ring on 01939 290834.

Fire Service visit

On Friday, all pupils in years 3 and 4 participated in a fire safety education session, with representatives from the Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service.

They have learnt how to spot a fire and escape safely if there is a fire in the home, and also what to do if they could not escape.

As part of the visit, the children were encouraged to follow-up with some tasks at home. All details can be found in the letter handed out to the children today.

Myddle Muddle – Sunday 26th March

The Myddle Muddle committee have been working tirelessly to organise this event which is a massive fund raiser for the PTA.

Please come along, pop on your trainers and take part! 5k, 10k or 1mile kids race, take your pick! If you don’t fancy running, come along and enjoy the atmosphere and cheer the runners on.

Don’t forget that any distance that your child runs, can be counted towards their 13.1 mile Half Marathon Challenge.

Please can we ask that ALL parents check their child’s hair as we have had another report of head-lice in school. If any evidence of an infestation is located please treat it appropriately.

Please can we also ask that long hair is tied back in a pony tail.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact school on 01939 290834

Arthog Outstanding Payments

We still have a couple of outstanding payments for the Arthog trip.

If you owe any funds the option to make a payment will show on your school gateway. The minimum payment is set as £28 but a slip will be sent home tomorrow with the amount that is left to pay.

If you have any queries please give Mrs Smith a ring on 01939 290834.
