Cross Country Race Wednesday 6th – Reminder

Cross Country is taking place tonight, all letters were sent home at the end of last term.

Race starts at 3:50pm at The Corbet, Baschurch.

Please note the points to observe sent from the corbet regarding arrival and parking.

  • Not to arrive before 3.40 to allow school busses and other school traffic time to leave the Corbet site in order to prevent congestion.
  • To enter school grounds by walking around the side of the sports hall and not through main entrance.
  • Toilets are in the sports hall building.
  • Available parking is –  at the village hall

Or  lined parking bays on the Corbet site.(Please do not park on double yellow lines  or try and park down the side of the sports hall.

Missing Football Kit

We are missing the No 6, School Football kit (Shorts and Football top)! It was worn by a member of the team that played against Addmore last week. Please can you have a look at home as it will be needed for our next match next Thursday.

Payment Reminder – Shrewsbury Trip 5th July

We are still outstanding several payments for the trip tomorrow for Rhino & Jaguar classes.

Please can the payments of £7.80 be made by the end of the school day today or at the latest tomorrow morning.

Windspiration – Update

Dear Parents/Carers

We are planning on leaving Theatre Severn, Shrewsbury at 6:30pm. We should therefore be back at school for approximately 7pm.

If there is any change to this arrival time I will update the website accordingly.

Dovedale – Update

Dear  Parents/Carer

We are expecting the pupils back at school in Myddle at approximately 2:30pm. If this time changes I will update the website again. If you would like to pick up your child early rather than at 3pm, please come to reception.

Dovedale – Update (Clothing and Spending money)

Dear Parents/Carers

Pupils are required to wear their school uniform on the top ie polo shirt and sweatshirt/cardigan, they can wear their own trousers/comfy bottoms. No skirts please.

The trip leader amended the amount of spending money required for the trip to £10. This is sufficient for the whole trip.

Mini Red Tennis – Tuesday 4th June

Dear Parent/Carer

If your child is taking part in the tournament at The Corbet tomorrow, please ensure they have their PE shorts and trainers in school and their water bottle. School will provide a team top.Please apply sun-cream  at home,and provide a sun-hat. They will also need a packed lunch.If you have any questions please give the school office a bell on 01939 290834.
