Liverpool Trip 30th November

Please can we ask that all payments are made for this trip by the end of the school day on Monday, 22nd November. Payments to be made via School Gateway.

A separate form has been sent home tonight for this trip, please can this be completed and returned to school on Monday, 22nd November.

Positive Case – Jaguar Class

We have had a confirmed case of COVID-19 in Jaguar Class.

We would encourage everyone in this Class to book a PCR test as soon as possible. Please note a Lateral Flow test is not acceptable for those classed as close contacts.

Please do not send your child in to school if they have any COVID-19 symptoms. If you have any questions please refer to the local authority guidance which was sent home on the 15th October and posted on the school website on the 4th October. A key point in this guidance is that your child cannot come to school if there is a positive case in your household.

Yr 6 Parents – Reminder for Secondary School applications

If you have not completed the application for your child’s secondary school placement, please ensure that this is submitted before midnight on Sunday 31st October 2021.

Paper application forms are not available.  Application must be made online at www.shropshire.gov.uk/schooladmissions

Free School Transport – Yr 6 Parents – Have you completed your application??

Any parents/carers of year 6 pupils, who wish to apply for free school transport for their child/children from September 2021, should do so before 31st May 2021. Applications can be made online at www.shropshire.gov.uk or over the phone with the Council’s Customer Service Team by calling 0345 6789008. Alternatively, should you require a paper copy of the application form, please do not hesitate to contact the school or Passenger Transport directly via email, schooltransport@shropshire.gov.uk or over the phone on the above telephone number. It is important to explain that, if the application is not received by 31st May 2021, the Authority may be unable to provide transport for the beginning of the autumn term 2021 and parents/carers will need to make their own transport arrangements. Access to school transport is not permitted until entitlement has been confirmed.
