The pupils in Y6 really enjoyed their time at Crucial Crew today, learning about a wide variety of safety awareness aspects, including water safety, fire safety and first aid. The behaviour of our pupils, as usual was exemplary. Well done everybody! You should be proud of yourselves and we hope you enjoyed the day.

T1 Rugby / Archery / Tri-golf
The children in Y6, who had qualified to represent North Shropshire small schools in the School Games from earlier in the year, travelled to Sundorne Sports Village this morning to take part in the finals.
Our T1 rugby squad played in 5 games, winning 2 of them, whilst our archery/tri-golf team really impressed Mrs Levine with their quality in these sports. Thanks to Mrs Levine for helping to support and supervise the children during today’s activities.
Well done to everybody! You were all fantastic representatives for the school and for North Shropshire Schools.

They’ve done it! Well done to the Y6s who today have completed their end of KS2 SATs assessment. A great effort by all of the pupils, showing focus, concentration and being thorough during and after each paper.

A fantastic effort from our Y6 boys football squad this morning, who were given the fantastic opportunity to play in a tournament on the Shrewsbury Town FC football pitch. They played five matches, winning two and drawing one of those matches, with goals from Elvin, Charlie and Oscar. The pupils all showed great ‘respect’, which was the theme of the event. Well done everybody. I hope that you enjoyed and will remember this amazing opportunity that Shrewsbury Town in the community provided. Thank you to Simon Tisdale for organising such a well-run event.
