Reminder – Swimming starts -Thursday 2nd May

Dear Parent/Carer

Just a quick reminder that the swimming sessions start tomorrow, Thursday 2nd May.

Please ensure you send your child’s swimming kit with them, school do NOT have any spare kit which they can lend. Please can we also ask that the girls don’t wear tights on this day as it is a “challenge” for them to get dressed again following their session.

SATs Week – 13th -17th May * Year 6 Pupils ONLY*

Dear Parent/Carer of Year 6 Pupils ONLY

For the SATs week we would like to invite your child to attend the 8am Sunrise Breakfast Club at no cost.

We feel it will give them time to prepare for their exam, ask any questions they may have and enable us to support them with any worries.

Swimming Sessions – REMINDER

Dear Parent/Carer

Polite Reminder – Please can you return your consent for the swimming sessions which commence this Thursday. Your child will NOT be able to attend these sessions unless the consent form is returned. Copies of this letter can be obtained from the school office.

Parent Reminders

Dear Parent/Carer

Our Easter Service is taking place tomorrow, Thursday 11th April, 10:30 am, at the Church. Please come along and join us.  We will be serving a drink and hot cross buns at the end of the service.

Mrs Russell is sending letters home tonight regarding outstanding lunch money. Please can these be settled by end of the school day on FRIDAY 12th April. If you have any questions, please pop in to school.

The PTA are holding a pre-loved uniform sale after school tomorrow, Thursday, 11th April. There will be logo and non-logo items all reasonably priced. If you have any questions or have any items you want to donate, please speak to Lianne Farrow.

Message from Fun Run Organisers

Please don’t put your mixing bowls away just yet! We are asking yet again for you or your children’s fabulous cake/bun/flapjack creations for our Fun Run on Sunday 24th March at 10:30. This event is expected to have around 200 runners, so if you are able to contribute something we would really appreciate it. Please either drop off at school reception or bring along on the morning.

We are always welcoming of helpers for the Friday/Saturday set up, and lots of hands are needed on the day. If you can help or know someone who can please get in touch with the organiser Cathy Cooke on 07919 592782.
