Just a quick reminder that School Photographs are taking place in school on Monday.

We are very pleased to announce that the PTA Fun Run Team will be extending the Virtual Fun Run until Sunday 1st November, giving children (and adults!) the half term to complete their race. This is a great excuse to get out in the fresh air, encourage fitness and well-being whilst earning a bespoke medal and Haribos at the same time!

£2 for the 1 mile, £8 for the 5K and £12 for the 10K.

Dear Parents/Carers

We are delighted to let you know that from Monday, 2nd November, we will be offering hot school meals again. Mrs Russell has put together a temporary menu for next term which we are going to trial and review at the end of December. All menu’s are attached and copies will be placed in the outside notice boards around school.

The children will still eat within their bubble/classroom and supported by their usual lunchtime supervisor.

There may be a slight change to the final week’s menu in December but we will let you know closer to this time.

Myddle Multi Terrain fun run 27 Sep-27 Oct 2020

Just a reminder that there are still lots of places left on the fun run fundraiser! We would like to encourage as many pupils as possible to take part, however if you feel you are unable to run with your child but would like to take part you are welcome to walk /cycle /swim the distance if you wish! It’s only £2 to enter the 1mile fun run (£8 for 5K and £12 for 10K) and you will get a medal designed by Ethan D when you finish!

Please can we remind all parents and carers that Myddle is a “Nut Free School”.

Please can we ask that nut in ANY form are NOT included in your child’s lunch box.

We have several people in school with allergies to nuts so to ensure their safety we ask that you adhere strictly to this rule.

All adults dropping off and collecting will be required to wear a face covering from Wednesday 14th October.

Due to an increase of Covid  cases  in  the  Shrewsbury  area  with  more  schools  being  affected and more classes being  forced to close.  In  line with other  schools,  we are now  requiring  adults dropping  off  and collecting  children to wear  face  coverings or  masks from  Wednesday, 14th October.

As a school we would prefer to be in the position that we are being over cautious rather than reacting after something has happened.
