Myddle Village Hall Christmas Fayre – Tomorrow!

We’d love to see you at the Christmas Fayre tomorrow, Saturday 29th November, 10.00am to 4.00pm at Myddle Village Hall.

The PTA will be there with our:

• Wheelbarrow of Bottles

• Christmas Raffle tickets

• Guess the Name of the Christmas Gnome

• Woodland Christmas Eve Kits available to pre-order

The Village Hall team also have some lovely craft activities lined up for the children, and there will be mulled wine and mince pies available if you fancy something festive while you browse all the stalls.

It would be wonderful to see as many families as possible popping in and supporting this brilliant community event!

PTA Christmas Raffle – Check School Bags!

Raffle tickets are coming home today. Each family has a book of 10 tickets, and tickets are £1 each. You’re welcome to buy the tickets yourselves or pass them on to friends and family!

Please return sold stubs with contact details, any unsold tickets, and money for tickets sold in a sealed envelope by Wednesday 17th December.

The raffle draw will take place on Friday 19th December.

Prizes include: vouchers, event tickets, family days out, a portrait session, honey for a year and more.

We have been informed that a funeral will take place in the village this Friday afternoon, which may reduce the availability of parking. Please allow extra time to find a safe and suitable parking space at pick-up.  Thank you.

Wheelbarrow of Bottles Competition

Thank you to everyone who entered at the Quiz Night – around half of the 100 guesses have already been taken!

Once someone chooses a weight, it’s gone, so the list is getting smaller each day.

If you’d like to take part, you can:

• Visit us at the Myddle Village Hall Christmas Fayre (Saturday 29th November, 10am–4pm)

• Speak to a PTA committee member at school

• Or message us on Facebook/instagram

It’s £5 per guess (18+) and the closest guess to the total weight of the wheelbarrow and its contents wins.

Winner announced Friday 19th December.
