Life can be difficult when children have sleep issues. Our aim is to support families to get a better night’s sleep by using a behavioural approach to sleep and work in partnership with families, as we know that they are the expert on their children.
Our workshops provide parents and carers with the opportunity to meet other families in similar situations and to gain tips on how to support a better night’s sleep for them and their child.
The next set of workshops are running in the new year.

Christmas is a stressful time of year. Are you worried about the stress it is adding to your relationship or feel you’re arguing too much? Not all arguing between parents is harmful but when it’s intense or happens a lot of the time, there can be a negative impact on the children.
We can find ways to argue ‘better’, resolve disputes and reduce the conflict at home.
We all want what’s best for our children. Getting on better with your co-parent or partner improves outcomes for your children. It also improves your wellbeing – two very good reasons to seek help if your relationship is going through a difficult phase.
 We know Christmas can be a really expensive time of year so we are pleased to share these events.
Sustainable Saturday One Stop Christmas Swap Shop
Saturday 6 December, 10.30am-2.30pm. Belmont Hall, Wellington, TF1 1LU
- Christmas themed swap: Bring unwanted gifts and Christmas items like toys, gift items, clothing, decorations and gift wrap to swap or take for a pay-as-you-can donation!
- Christmas wreath workshop: have a go at making a festive wreath for your home. All materials provided.
- Christmas wrap and tags printing: print your own Christmas gift wrap and tags. All materials provided.
- Make your own Christmas decorations: have a go at making Christmas decorations
- Free Plant Based Refreshments including festive treats and lunch served from 12pm

Christmas Special Babyshare
Saturday 6 December, 2pm-3.30pm, Martin Wilson School, Shrewsbury SY1 2SP
There will be lots of Christmas clothes, toys and books as well as their usual items. These include new and pre-loved clothes, baby toiletries, feeding equipment, maternity items, nappies and larger items such as pushchairs, baby baths and Moses baskets. Some are new, some pre-loved, but all have lots of life in them.
All items are free but they do have a donation box to help cover costs, but no obligation.
People are also encouraged to bring along any baby items that you and baby no longer need to find them much appreciated new homes. For more information please check out the Babystop website babystop.uk
