Flu Immunisation Consent Reminder

Please remember to complete the consent form for the upcoming Flu Immunisations taking place in school on Monday 2nd December, the eConsent link will close at 9am on Wednesday 27th November.

Copies of the letter are available from the school office.

Children in Need 2024

We raised an amazing £97.50 for BBC Children in Need, which is absolutely fantastic.  The children looked amazing!

We also raised £26 from our “Odd Socks Day” which was raising funds for another fantastic charity “Anti-Bullying Alliance”.

Thank you and well done everyone, you are all amazing 🙂

Reminder – Children in Need Day tomorrow !

We would like to remind you all that it is Children In Need day tomorrow – Friday 15th November! Children can come to school dressed head to toe in spots or can wear any of the Children In Need merchandise.  All money raised will go to BBC Children In Need.

Please also please ensure your child has trainers in school for PE.

Y3&4 Dodgeball event

Well done to the Y4 children who were selected to represent the school in a dodgeball competition at the Corbet School today. They all tried hard and it was a good, enjoyable experience for them. Thank you to Mrs Emerton Maka for escorting the children to this event.

Y5&6 Ancient Greek workshop

The children in Y5&6 had an enjoyable afternoon in their ancient Greek workshop. Thank you to Ali from the Shrewsbury Museum for her time and her expertise in delivering this session. It was great to see so many of the children immersing themselves in the topic by dressing up. Well done everybody!

Children in Need 2024 is fast approaching and Myddle School will be going “Spotty” again this year!

Tuesday 12th November – Odd Socks Day!

Odd Socks Day on Tuesday, 12th November is during Anti-Bullying Week at Myddle School 🙂

Come to school in odd socks, jazzy ones, plain ones BUT most importantly they must be ODD.

Odd Socks Day is designed to be fun! It’s an opportunity to encourage people to express themselves and celebrate their individuality and what makes us all unique!
