Myddle Primary School Memorial dedicated to Phil Jones

Myddle Primary School and PTA are raising money to fund a memorial dedicated to the wonderful Phil Jones.

Phil was a dedicated member of our School Governors and was Chair for several years.  Phil could never do enough for our school and nothing was ever too much trouble for him.  He was always there to help staff, pupils and parents whenever they needed him.

As Phil was a keen musician and had a love for all things musical, we would like to purchase an outdoor musical instrument in his memory.  This outdoor instrument will be installed on the school playground, for all of our children to play with.

Phil’s genial warmth, sense of fun and ability to bring humour into any situation is sadly missed and we feel that this outdoor instrument is an excellent way to keep his memory alive.

We only have 28 days to raise our funds! This project will only receive pledges if at least £1,500 is pledged by the deadline of Mon 01 Apr 2019 so it is so important that we reach our target!
