Spring week 10

This week we have taken advantage of the wonderful sunshine and taken our learning outside. In science we have looked at fruit and vegetables and discussed what part of the plant they came from. We looked carefully at the different fruits and compared the different seeds. We have also enjoyed lots of lovely story times outside together as well as lots of time to be with our friends, move and build up our muscles! ☀️

Plants

🌱As part of our science work on plants, Hugo’s daddy came to talk to us about his job as a landscape gardener. He told us all about different plants that grow in different environments, what plants need to survive and how he may help a plant to grow. The children loved seeing the wide variety of plants! The children were so inquisitive and thought of lots of great questions! 🌱

World Book Day 2025

📚World Book Day! 📚 The children all looked fantastic! We love reading stories everyday, but today we have celebrated all the wonderful fiction and non-fiction books that the children enjoy most! The children have also each written their own book and also designed their own bookmark! The children's wonderful costumes!
