We would like to make you aware of the following information and relevant arrangements regarding positive COVID-19 cases in the half term holiday.
If your child develops symptoms within 48 hours of being in school you must inform us as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
You will then need to inform us of your child’s test result, as soon as it is received.
School will be asked to assist in identifying close contacts and advising self-isolation, as the individual may have been infectious whilst in school.
Where a pupil tests positive for coronavirus (COVID-19), having developed symptoms more than 48 hours since being in school, the school should not be contacted. Parents and carers should follow contact tracing instructions provided by NHS Test and Trace.

- The date your child was last in school
- The date the test was carried out
- The date the result was received
We will then use this information to contact Public Health England.
If you have any questions, please contact the school office. Thank you.
